Member Linus Gelber reports: The June issue of New York Cool is up today. I shot three stories for them, which really made mayhem out of my last couple of weeks. Two of the "cover" photos are mine this month.
- I spent a couple of days shooting Melody in Manhattan's parks for a summer feature (not counting Central Park, which is too obvious).
- I shot Ascenscion '06, a really amazing party put on by Red Bull in the old Domino Sugar factory in Williamsburg.
- And I did a pretty mediocre job at an AIDS Walk Benefit party at SPY Bar, where their idea of atmosphere is no lights at all. It was kind of alarming; I'm not used to submitting poor work. A learning experience, I guess.
A couple of these pictures have appeared in reprocessed form on my stream.
Now, what about those Pins and Needles?
