It's simple! The only two things that need to be true are:

• you are a member of the Utata group on flickr
• you have an authenticated Utata member page

If those two things are true then all you need to do is:

• create and/or select the photos you want to use for the project (they must be stored on flickr)
• tag them as appropriate for each theme/section (tags are all explained on the tags page)

If you want to write an article that you feel might be interesting or beneficial to Utatans or have a special project you want published (and don't mind being edited!) read about special project submissions.

If you want to participate, you may need to join the flickr group or get a Utata member page.
