It's all about the shoes. Change the shoes and you have a different photograph. It's perfectly wonderful and appropriate that this image is dominated by the additive color spectrum of red, blue and green. This is an additive photograph; each added element of the image creates a new layer of interest. The colors, the illumination, the three small points of light that perfectly frame one set of legs, the synchronized footsteps.

But in the end, it's all about those joyous jelly bean shoes.
