I'm going to tell you a weird thing...a weird thing, but a true one. Jumping makes you happy. It really does. There is something in the act of jumping up and down that makes you feel young and silly, and in the mathematics of life young plus silly equals happy.
Here is another weird but true thing: jumping up and down makes other people happy. The act of jumping disturbs the air, thereby spreading young and silly vibes outward in ever-expanding circles. The effect of the jumping is directly proportional to the proximity of the observer; the closer you are to the person jumping up and down, the happier it makes you
Here is the final weird-but-true thing: if the person jumping is wearing a red dress, the happiness effect is magnified. By a lot.
It's weird. But true. You don't have to take my word for it. Do the math. Better yet, put on a red dress and jump up and down. See what happens.
