Text By Greg Fallis

It is a sunny day. Red flowers grow by the crooked-trunked tree planted next to the yellow stucco wall of the old house once painted bright blue in contrast with the red shuttered window on the house in the Anafiotika neighborhood of the Plaka section of Athens, the capitol of Greece.

If Greece is the clock, the tree is the hour hand, the house is the minute hand, the flowers only a fraction of a second and this sunny day is gone as quickly and quietly as the first breath of a mayfly.
