Flickr Storm runs simultaneous searches through full text and tags, presenting the results one beneath the other on a single page.
You can then collect selections from your searches in a "Tray" as you go, saving them to your hard drive when you are done.
The implications for copyright abuse being fairly apparent, Flickr Storm also allows you to search by Creative Commons License. That way you can be sure only to download photos that the photographer surely intended for download and reuse outside of flickr.
