To polish of this very greasy weekend on the Ink, Sunday Salon excepted, I thought I'd post some links to some user scripts. These are especially good scripts for people just dipping their toes into the bottomless pool of viscous liquid that is Greasemonkey.
- Flickr Rich Edit will help you form links and make things italic and bold.
- Flickr More User Links adds links to a "most interesting page" page for each user at the top of their photostream. this is great when encountering people for the first time.
- Flickr Photopage Enhancer is invaluable for creating thumbnail links of other people's photos.
- More Menus streamlines navigation within your own photostream.
- Flickr Contacts Organiser allows your contact list to scale. Before this, the more contacts you made ~ the more difficult it was to follow each individually. With additional categories, this becomes much easier.
- Google Maps in Flickr is a slick location tagging tool. flickr's upcoming geotagging features should render this obsolete soon, but until then, this is the best way to geotag.
