The Daily Ink is the voice of Utata. Yes, your voice, our voices ... all the voices. We'd be tickled pink if our members helped us define that voice. And this, Utatans, would be your chance to do that.

For more information on Fair UseSome days are much longer than others, as I'm sure many of us discover on a regular basis. On those days, we find that we need a bit of pampering, some quiet time, a place to collect our thoughts. Where do we find it? Why in the bathroom, of course! As liza succinctly states, "I don't think I could live here without it. Not even illegally."
We decorate our bathrooms with colorful shower curtains, bright paint, rubber duckies (some of a darker nature), artwork, and even white balloons.
All in the name of relaxation, and the occasional inspiration.
However, you don't need to be in the bathroom to enjoy a good book. The Triskaidekagrammatron prompts Utatans to break out their reading material in the An open book thread. Here you'll find everything ranging from tomes of the 1880s, newspapers, address books, novels, and cookbooks, to paperbacks, comics, and even a "tower of books."
Speaking of a good read, don't forget to pick up a copy of the latest Popular Photography magazine, which features an interview with our very own deborah lattimore, and includes photos from her classic fish eyes set.
Here's to finding your comfy space today, wherever that may be.
