"Flickr Contacts in Explore" is a Web Based Flickr Utility that, you know, shows you photos from your contacts that happen to be in 'Explore'.
If you find Explore a little anti-social and impersonal, this might help you find photos from folks you're more familiar with.
I'm guessing that you might need to have a large number of popular contacts in order for this to work with any regularity, but I'm also guessing that shouldn't be a problem for a lot of Utatans.
