The Daily Ink is the voice of Utata. Yes, your voice, our voices ... all the voices. We'd be tickled pink if our members helped us define that voice. And this, Utatans, would be your chance to do that.

For more information on Fair UseThere's about a week left before Christmas, and I KNOW that some of you aren't done shopping yet. Or maybe you're receiving those daily emails from your mom: "Honey, PLEASE tell me what you want for Christmas, or I'm buying you hand towels again." If you're very lucky (or selfish), you've got a fat holiday bonus that you're preparing to spend on yourself. Whatever the case, our very own Charlie was nice enough to spend a while window shopping researching, and turned up some of this year's coolest photo-related gift ideas.
1. Voltaic Systems solar bags - Reach for the sky and use the sun to power your camera. Recommended for: the eco-conscious and the strong of back. Not recommended for: those of us who live in Seattle.
2. Waterproof Digital Wrist Camera - This three megapixel camera takes photos AND video and is waterproof up to one hundred feet. Also it looks all cool and James Bond-ish.
3. Ewa-Marine C-35 Photo Rain Cape - An adorable little poncho for your camera! Highly recommended for those of us who live in Seattle.
4. Minox MX Sub-Miniature Camera - So tiny. So cute. Unfortunately, so backordered. But if you have a "source," lemme know, mmkay?
5. Plaid Pony Vintage Camera Buttons - I actually have a set of these on my camera bag, and get lots of compliments on them. Also available in Polaroids, movie cameras, and sock monkeys.
Happy shopping, photogs! And if you need my mailing address, just let me know.

I bought a Voltaic solar backback for my hubby for xmas two years ago, and I have to say that it works great! They have some new styles (a messenger bag) now too. If you are more fashion conscience, you might want to check these beautiful solar bags from noon solar. I'd get one if they weren't $400!
Otherwise, in Swag:
