My name is Alia, and I'm a student (currently economics, but starting law school in August). I have always loved art and photography, and I even attended art school briefly. I take photographs because I love to, and I focus on natural subjects and architecture, even if that topic is sometimes cliche. I went to a very conceptual art school, and it was exhausting finding a deep meaning in everything I created. I hope to do a lot of traveling in the future, and for such travels to provide photographic inspiration (starting with a trip to India in May). One thing about my photography that you'll notice is that I tend to work in very vivid colors. I love color, and I use it a lot (maybe too much). I just upgraded from a point and shoot Nikon Coolpix to a slightly less point and shoot Canon Powershot S2, so hopefully, my technical skills will improve. Thanks for looking!
Alia's flower photos are bold, colorful and striking. Her love for photography can be seen in the focused details she devotes to color and texture.
From nature to poision dart frogs, she can make any image pop from the screen. Stop by her site sometime and see what an art student/soon-to-be lawyer can do with a Power Shot.
