I recently abandoned a job in Special Education to try my hand at portrait photography. God bless my boss, she hired me with a tiny, rather crap portfolio while smiling and citing my passion as her rationale. It's been eleven months since then, and I haul out my camera on a daily basis to shoot around.

I also write, create jewelry, and, now, surf the flickr pages endlessly. My friend Gwyn and I have started The Craftastiks, a craft-making duo designed to bring creative, one-of-a-kind items to whoever will pay attention to us.

I tend to photograph the abandoned & decaying. I've been known to take pictures of flowers, but my tastes tend to run to the urban & the fun.
