Bio

I am a freelance writer and illustrator based in Toronto, Canada. I tend to be drawn toward photos that tell a story.

I've published a book, some short stories and poetry, numerous nonfiction pieces. I'm a columnist for Writersmarket.com and am working on a graphic novel (with fellow Utata member, Beckett Gladney) as well as an sf/fantasy novel for young people.

I write songs for and perform with a music group called Urban Tapestry. We've given concerts across Canada and the U.S. as well as Germany and England. I have several webcomics online, including Will Writ For Chocolate, My Life In A Nutshell, and Waiting For Bilbo.

I post regularly to a personal online journal and also a blog for writers called Inkygirl.com: Daily Diversions For Writers.
