I am new to photography, my usual field of expression being writing. I found that photography is actually a great way of experimenting, of playing, of rendering some emotions. It gives an interesting conterpoint to fiction.
I'm always glad when someone find a picture I took which speaks to him/her - sometimes in unexpected ways.
Cheers from Switzerland.
Marie says in her profile that she's 'new to photography' but you wouldn't guess that from looking through her photostream.
She lives in Switzerland and all the fresh verdancy and spectacular beauty of that country is captured in rich and varied detail. I can taste that alpine air and hear the cowbells now...
I get the feeling of a romantic soul going on behind the lens: she finds beauty everywhere. Here's an intelligent, questing mind chock full of ideas for the next photographic challenge and adventure.
Her photostream explores ice, winter, flame, blue, flight and the view 'de ma fenetre' month by month. She's an enthusiastic participant in Utata projects and always produces original and lovely work.
There are lots of birds, flowers and cats (or is it just that one enigmatic black cat, I wonder?) and they're all approached with freshness and a clear 'eye'.
A real talent to watch and enjoy.
