Mid-forty Scottish IT specialist with an interest in, if little technical knowledge of, photography. Loves the interaction on many levels that flickr and utata provides - visual, textual and in person at flickr meetups.

He has a quirky eye and sense of humour. Alan is now experimenting with film cameras including a Holga, a Polaroid Land Camera and an Oktomat to offset the sometimes cold and exact results of digital.
