Educator-turned copy editor, gardener, photographer, contemplative practitioner. . . some of these pay the bills, some pay my rent on the planet.

I started shooting black and white film as a teen, when I'd produce images with a beat-up, 35mm and an enlarger set up in the mud room. Dust was my nemesis. Today my kit includes a dSLR and a Mac, and I am mostly at peace with my dust.
