Matilde takes photographs that look like scenes from a movie. Each shot seems to be very carefully composed and taken from a unique angle; angles that you'd wish you'd thought of yourself. Her portraits allow the personalities of her models to shine through. Her photographs of her hometown Lisbon are breathtaking. Everywhere she goes, be it in her own home country Portugal, or Tunisia, or even New York City, Matilde seems to be able to capture beauty in her own unique way. She may say she's still looking for her own style. But once you see the photographs she took, you'll know that she's already found it.
