Sarah captures the mood of everything she shoots and then gives it to you, so you can share in the experience.
She displays people and places in such a way that leave you questioning. This I feel, is one of her greatest accomplishments in photography. When you browse through Sarah's images, you wonder what the child is day-dreaming about or how many people have strolled by this locale or what made that person laugh just so?
There are smiles, deep thoughts, sadness and many other emotions that pour out of her imagery. These feelings are most eveident in the celebrations that she's a part of or the candid photos from people that walk in and out of her daily rituals.
Either way, we all should be thankful that Sarah records the world around her with such thoughfulness and reverence, it makes for stunning work.
