When I was about 10, I was given a point and shoot for my birthday. That summer, I snapped a photo at the beach that took my breath away, and I was lost. Since then, it's been a rocky love affair. Exclusivity isn't a rule, and there has been plenty of betrayal, loss, loneliness and disappointment... and sometimes joy.
