I love music, writing, and of course photography. I enjoy anything creative really. I think I would literally wither and die if I were deprived of any creative outlets.

As you might guess from my flickr username - On Withering Fields - I possess a somewhat dark, mournful, and poetic soul. But don't let that frighten you...I photograph more than my share of furry kittens and bright, sunny flowers as well.

Born, raised, and currently residing in western Pennsylvania, I hope to someday move to the Pacific Northwest, preferably to Oregon. I've never been there but they tell me it's nice.

My current weapon of choice is the Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi, a recent upgrade from a Canon PowerShot point-and-shoot.
