I'm a writer, teacher, artist, partner, mother, master of few trades and jack of several more, but always an apprentice of photography.
The way the slightest breeze moves a tree branch through the illusion of leaves and shadows; the way a Bjork melody can trail through the house and lure the architecture out of suburban complacency; the way a friend's worried face can be so full of love that you quit all your bad habits: these things matter. And those are things that require words and not just photographs, which is why I blog, too.
