I have been a self-declared bum poet, guitar player and songwriter for 40 years. Add to that an aging photographer who is rediscovering the art (the heart) in digital form. I make my living at the moment as a government functionary who has risen to surprisingly high rank - I can't understand it.

I use a nikon D70s and one of those gorgeous little casio ex-z850s, and both cameras are better than I am. A friend recently told me that my photos are all about "serenity," which means that I've clearly lost my edge. It is true that I have focused of late on water, reflections and organic stuff, but I don't intend to stop there. So there you go.
