My Dad's a Walking Miracle

My Dad has had one lung since "Mr. Marlboro" took the other one in Sept, 2004. In April 2006, he got pneumonia and it wasn't diagnosed right away. Thankfully he saw another doctor, who admitted him to the hospital. They intubated him later that day, and had to do a tracheostomy about 10 days later. He ended up being on a ventilator for the next three months.
