Iron Photographer 231: Seeing mice

Edit: zoochild suggested the evocative title "seeing mice". It is much better than my humdrum original "moving boxes"

Utata's Iron Photographer challenge 231 invites compositions with

1 - a hat (a witch hat)
2 - a chair (folding)
3 - soft blur (digitally created)

It is unclear whether the hat and/or the entire image must fall within the soft (but not too soft) requirement of rule 3.
