360 panes of gold-plated glass make up Knoxville, Tennessee's Sunsphere, which was built for the 1982 World's Fair and still stands today.
The 25th anniversary of the World's Fair here has caused a significant amount of renovation to the park and the surrounding area, which I'm quite happy to see. More can always be done, of course, but it's great that the old Sphere is open again for business.
