I sort of bent the rules a bit for the Utata project for this one. I saw the Picture This #11 project, and rather than taking the photo specifically for the project, I went looking for a recent shot of Kerri post-transplant. While this one was shot the same night I shot the "Donate Life" and the "Amy and Darwin" shots, it was cropped and processed specifically for Utata.
I thought no title could be more appropriate for this shot! After her long war with kidney failure, my fighter has returned to me.
