No Warning to Her Flight

The title immediately made me think of the untimely death of a loved one. I was thinking of taking a photo of my son's grave. Then I saw this - at the junction of Pentonville Road and Penton Rise. A junction that urgently needs making safer and where we have been asking for changes. I don't know the story here. I know many will have been devastated by her flight.

Isn't this an amazingly beautiful memorial?
