So for this and next weekend your assignment is to artistically photograph something that is traditionally expected to be the color red, but you must shoot it in black & white. When we look at your photograph we have to be able to recognize that your subject is red without your use of any actual color. For instance...a fire truck, stop sign, little red wagon, apple, rose, etc....are all items one would expect to be red. Do NOT shoot something that just happens to be red and could by chance be any other color....like chair, t-shirt, door, etc. Your image also has to be pure black & white. No sepia tones, no tinting, no cut outs. Be creative and have fun!
