The Big Day

I stopped in at the gallery today to take pictures for a) my mom and b) bragging rights. While there, I talked with the person who ended up being the first to buy one of my prints!

He had a little advice (some good, some I might ignore) and me being there during the sale enabled David (the owner) and I to work out some of the kinks in the custom order system we had going (the album you see in the "after" shot is basically a portfolio of prints available for special orders).

All in all, a good "yay me" kinda day. :-)

Oh, and in case you can't tell, he bought this one.
