My kinda girl....
A very contrived crop to fit the rule of thirds, both the statue against the left vertical and the shadow crossing the lower horizontal.
A rare picture where I knew exactly the image I wanted to photograph as soon as I saw the tree and actually managed to produce a photo that looked pretty much like the image in my head.
Not deliberately paying any attention to the rule of thirds. The tree was placed slap bang in the centre, the horizon is too low and yet it's one of my favourites. But on closer inspection the ball of the tree actually seems to fit the rule if you imagine a square forming around it.
