Here, I exposed for the scene outside so I wouldn't overexpose it. Unfortunately, it placed the foreground desk in a dark shadow.
Photo #2: Slow drag
Slow dragging to expose correctly for the outside (1/50 sec) using a Nikon SB-600 set to manual mode with -1.7 EV flash output and bounced off the top of the door frame.

Focal Length: 8 mm
ISO Speed: 200
