A view on the pond near the "Gravenkasteel" (the name means "castle of the count" in Dutch) in the historic city centre of Ghent, Belgium (Gand en Français).I had been walking for 2 consecutive hours without resting and had just shot some pictures in the old historic quarter know as "Patershol" when I wanted and needed a rest.I came upon this peacefull pond with two white swans.I admit it, I did not rest.No.I shot some more pictures, and then some...Ghent, the historic city centre is one of my favourite cities in Belgium.I could live there and I'm no city person.I live in the countryside so...But I have lost my heart here.Years ago.
