I'm a brunch regular at Lobo, a Court Street restaurant just a few blocks from here (that's a mighty plus in brunchtime eating). Lobo has a sister place in Park Slope, and since that's not a few blocks from here, I never go over there. It would be a little like cheating, too.

When my friend Jen has some of her artwork up at The Other Lobo, though, I make the trip over. It's just as cheerfully kitschy as The Real Lobo (ahem), and the show is terrific. I don't have my tripod handy and it's too dark for good shooting, so I set a time with the owner to come back for a session. Today is that time.
