All of the photos in this series were taken inside a moving car. There was almost no time to compose the shots, and the exposure was left on "auto" - which only sometimes follows those "ironclad" rules of photography. Rather than get technically perfect shots, I wanted to capture feelings and experiences, the sort of "essence" of the moments. It was a sort of photographic Impressionism.
