Just south of Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn, the waterfront shipping companies keep a storage site for pallets and containers and the other detritus of marine commerce. Seen through a streetside fence and the curved struts of what would be a storage tent if the tent part were attached, the 9/11 memorial Tribute in Light shines in the background.
