Well it tasted better than it looks here. A friend of mine turns 50 on Monday and his wife threw him a party last night with a 50s theme. I brought a jello-pineapple-cottage cheese molded salad. It tasted better than I remembered.
For those old enough to remember, it is served on a Melmac (well actually TexasWare) plate from the 50s that my folks are still using.
