Damerino con l'ermellino

Questa lomofotografia è oggetto di disaccordo tra gli storici dell'arte. Alcuni la attribuiscono ad ale2000 e la identificano come il ritratto di Mattia, amante di Simone. Altri credono che sia un'opera ispirata a Leonardo, ma eseguita da un impiegato anonimo dell'Ikea.
Il volto e il sorriso ricordano l'angelo di "Mattiangelo" e i suoi studi preparatori.
Da secoli gli ermellini, le donnole e le martore venivano addomesticati come animali da compagnia ed è molto probabile che ce ne fossero anche nel palazzo dell'Ikea. Ma sapendo che Mattia è l'amante di Simone e che quest'ultimo ha per emblema, tra gli altri, lo stesso ermellino, possiamo guardare quest'animale da una diversa prospettiva.

La foto è nota col nome di "Damerino con l'ermellino" e presenta come secondo protagonista una bestiola biancastra, da tutti considerata, appunto, un ermellino.
Invece era un furetto di peluche.
Lo era perchè l'ermellino è un animale aggressivo che ben difficilmente avrebbe accettato le lunghe pose cui si sottopose il damerino per farsi ritrarre dal fotografo. Inoltre l'ermellino è bianco solo in un breve periodo dell'anno. Invece il furetto di peluche è una bestiola che si può ritenere da compagnia.
Potremmo dire quindi che questo meraviglioso capolavoro di ale2000 non si dovrebbe intitolare il "Damerino con l'ermellino", bensì "il damerino con il furetto di peluche che recitava la parte dell'ermellino".

This lomopicture is subject of discussions amongst art historians, as some attribute it to ale2000 and identify it as the portrait of Mattia, lover of Simone. Others believe it is a work inspired by Leonardo [da Vinci] taken by an anonymous Ikea employee.

The face and the smile remind that of "Mattiangelo" and its preparatory studies.
Since various centuries ermins, weasels and martens were tamed as company animals and it is very likely that some would also be found also inside the Ikea palace. But knowing Mattia is lover of Simone and the latter has an ermin as an emblem, we can look at this animal from a different perspective.

The photo is known as the "Dandy with ermine" and features as the second main character a white-ish little animal, considered by everyone as an ermine.
But it was a stuffed ferret.
The reason for this is that the ermine is an aggressive animal which would hardly have accepted the long posing sessions the dandy had to undergo to be portraited by the photographer. Furthermore, the ermine stays white only during a short time of the year, while the stuffed ferret can be considered as a company animal.
We can then say that this wondeful masterpiece from ale2000 should not be titled the "Dandy with ermine", but the "Dandy with the stuffed ferret posing as the ermine".
