Mike Carvin

Grew up in Oneonta, New York (waaay upstate NY) and went to school in Potsdam, New York (even more waaay upstate NY), but am now living in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.

A disgruntled software engineer, I am seeking creative outlets in the areas of cooking, crochet, woodworking, barbershop harmony, and most recently - photography (I am still very new at this!)

I try to capture the art within the mundane in my photography, by presenting things in ways other than one would normally view them. In doing so, I hope the viewer can begin to see everyday things from a fresh perspective.
