Working man with camera.Since youth always artistic. Between bouts of making a living are interspersed binges of creativity which produce various pieces in multifarious media.Current implement of artistic vision..the digital camera aided and abetted by photoshop.
This working man is very excited about the democratizing of the arts, Flickr certainly a prime example. Now artists one and all can share ideas, be critically reviewed by peers or be inspired by them and recieve frequent feedback to aid them in thier artistic development.

Artist's Statement

My photography is concerned with 'artistic documentation'.
To put it another way , I work towards finding the extraordinary in the ordinary while portraying a subject in an artful manner.
Our world is such a vast and varied place , I'm drawn to many different subjects and would call myself 'eclectic' in subject preferences.. I prefer to portray them in a 'naturalistic' way while keeping the post processing to a minumum in most cases. I draw inspiration from the work of Diane Arbus, William Eggleston and William Christenberry to name a few. Although I admire their work, I believe I am evoking my own 'voice' in the artform.
Ultimately my ambition is to 'inform ' the viewer while casting
an artist's eye to the image. If I can provoke a thought , raise an emotion or just entertain a viewer,
I'll consider my contribution to the 'Art of Photography'
a success.
