This was taken from our car on the way from Calgary to British-Columbia. The sky was slightly overcast, we were driving 100 km/h and I took this picture with a 1/15th of a second exposure. As you can see it blurred the close part of the lanscape including the trees but did not blur the clouds on the horizon.
