this is an older k-mount version 28-210 mm f4.6-22
acceptable softness & a little wierd exposure-wise
but works well w the hood & it's quite packable
on this *ist DS body
which i absolutely love..:)
i learned to shoot film strictly w a 50 mm f1.8 FD canon lens
sadly useless to me now, & i'm happy to have the 18-55 f3.5 along with this one....may try to pick up the MF f1.7 for both film & dig bodies as one of my boys is media student needing film setup for class...& the primes are great learning lenses.
of course, i really vant zee f1.4....;)
...but that's like ...three tanks of gas, or something................:)
