These are the things I have to carry on the box at all times. My extrcation helmet and bunkercoat so that I can pull you out of the mangled car. My stethescope so I can hear your breath and heartbeats, my Blood pressure cuff so I can tell if death is coming. Whats not pictured is my radio and pager, so I know where I am going to and what I an walking into. These are my life line to you.
