The assistant of sneaky coyote is a bit of a nutcase: he can't even stand on his scooter properly! He's so incredibly clumbsy he can even make his boss trip over. Often confused and with his head in the clouds, he constantly needs to repeat Sneakycoyote's orders to himself. Even then he still manages to get them wrong.
