My Nephew Ciaran loves Thomas the Tank Engine. My dad (his grandad) organised a trip to the Severn Valley Railway to experience a day with Thomas and Friends. It was a fabulous day and however much Ciaran loved seeing Thomas, I think riding these magnificent trains really amazed him. He seemed to love feeling the wind in his hair, experiencing the smell of the steam engine and seeing these old and beautifully maintained carriages.

I had to lean quite a way out to get the shot and wait for a good bank so I could get the train extending into the distance.
