Now you see them; now you don’t. There they are, right in front of us, walking together along a beach. There they are, right in front of us, concealed behind dark sunglasses, masked by the brim of a hat. Now you see them; now you don’t.
They’re hiding from the sun, of course…not from us. Probably. Probably. But isn’t that one of the benefits of anonymity? Hide your face, and you hide your thoughts.
There they are, right in front of us, walking together along a beach. In plain view, and totally alone. Now you see them; now you don’t.
