The Highest Cheese Factory In The World

There is an expression that goes something like “Nothing worth having comes easy”.

Trekking is not for the weak-spirited. Trekking, for the unaware, means to wander on foot through field and hills, through forests and along valleys or mountain slopes. Sounds simple and idyllic, yes? Well, I am told that a “real” trek is no shorter than seven (7) days and most companies that offer guided treks warn of avalanches, leeches, altitude sickness and a variety of other unpleasant possibilities. I can’t imagine that getting to the “Highest Cheese Factory in the World” was easy.

But the result? Definitely worth having.
