Who IS That Masked Dog?

To the public he is simply Don Jouster de los Cuatro Pies, the effete but mildly amusing scion of the recently deposed alcalde. A favorite of the ladies, known for his wit and knowledge of the latest fashions, Don Jouster is frequently seen at the best dinner parties. His manners are as impeccable as his vest.

But beneath that foppish vest beats the heart of a crusader! When the pale moon rises above the hacienda, Don Jouster dons a mask and cape, becoming El Perro Que Ríe de Peligro, hero of the poor, savior of the oppressed, defender of the downtrodden. Corrupt officials, beware! Venal men of the cloth, take heed! Portly, mustachioed sergeants, look to your safety! The sword of El Perro hungers for justice!

So it has always been. In times of uncertainty and chaos, the undying courage of one dog offers a beacon of hope. Look for the jagged mark of El Perro!
