If—let’s just say—an especially clever cat swallowed a canary one day, was somehow transformed into a rather elvish human, became delighted by the fact that she could now use her hands to open her mail, ripped open a package from a friend, discovered inside it a vintage toque, popped it on her charming new head, and finally proceeded to take a self-portrait using the nearest camera that was handy—why then, I mean, I think so, anyway—the photograph that turned out would probably look rather like this.
