Leamington Hoop Club

Leamington Spa is a town of about 45,114 in the county of Warwickshire in the middle-west of England; the river Leam, which has lent Leamington its name, runs through the town from top to bottom. It’s a friendly place, full of little shops and bars, blessed with a pleasant maritime climate and the home of a salty spring whose waters are believed to have medicinal properties. And once a month, it’s also the spot where 35 happy, crazy people of all ages get together to whirl hoops around their waists—some of which are ringed with fire! In the process, they create a dance with danger that’s skilled, flirtatious, and entirely beautiful.

Good thing about all that water nearby, though.
