White Nancy

This is a photo of White Nancy. I didn’t know of the existence of White Nancy a half an hour ago, but now that I do know about it, I’m fascinated. What is this thing? I read about it on the internet and I know when it was built, I know who built it, I know where it is. I know that it’s a national monument in England and that it makes up the logo for the town in Cheshire where it stands. But it’s a pretty weird-looking thing, White Nancy. I like that about it.

As evidenced here, people take pictures of White Nancy. I bet this happens a lot. If I were anywhere nearby, I’d take a picture of it too, this white thing with no entrance. White Nancy is pretty cool, I think.

The cow would probably disagree with me, however. The cow seems entirely unimpressed. Cows. What can you do?
